For a loan of $5000 MXN 91 days, the expenses are as follows

Interest = $5000 * 0.06% * 91 = $273

commission =$5000 * 10%= $500

VAT = (commission $500+ Interest $273)*16%= $123.68

Total amount to pay = 5000 + 273 + 500 + 123.68 = $5896.68

Total monthly payment: $5896.68 / 3 = $1965.56
